Indianapolis
Indianapolis is the capital and most populous city in Marion County, Indiana, United States. Indianapolis often abbreviated to Indy, it anchors the 27th largest US economic region, based primarily in the finance and insurance, manufacturing, professional and business services, education and health, government and wholesale trade sectors. The city has notable market niches in amateur sports and motor racing. It is home to two major sports clubs, the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL).
