Gastronomy
The cuisine is extremely tasty and aromatic. It is undeniably one of the strongest advantages of tourism in Soure. Breakfasts are watered with tapioca or flake, eaten as a morning cereal or in cake recipes. Fruits like bacuri, cupuaçu, taperebá, murici are so tasty and vigorous. Fish are abundant and diverse. Chestnuts are also widely exploited in cooking, with Pará, of course, being the most widely used. Another specialty that can not be missed on a visit to Soure is Filé Marajoara which is buffalo meat accompanied by buffalo cheese.
