Along a pass through road in the 24 km, south-east of Trier situated village Schillingen, is this mansion situated. It is terraced to the owners house but has its own entrance.

The house consists of two floors and has a cosy and complete interior. In front of the house you can sit in the shadow as well as in the sun and there are of course garden furniture and a barbeque available for you.

There is satellite-TV and a stereo in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and microwave. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom has a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric heating is available.
