In a privileged area due to the vicinity of two international bridges and on the shore of the natural transit of all border areas on both sides of the Rio Grande, is the Olympic Cultural Park.



With an innovative design and 22 square meters of gardens, walkways and a 600 linear meter tezontle track and excellent lighting, they invite families to recreation and conviviality.

The Olympic Cultural Park has been visited by more than 140 thousand people who presented themselves through the guided visits program to request the services of the Infoteca, participate in courses or workshops or in the massive events held in its open-air auditorium.



The Infoteca is an information, consultation and recreation center, for which it takes advantage of computer technology; The Infoteca has the capacity to serve more than 200 people simultaneously.

It also has 3 computer labs available to the public; an audiovisual room for more than 70 people.



This area consists of a Playroom or recreation room for 30 children; a library for 65 people; a Video Library with 200 titles and 1000 movies in VHS and DVD format.

The importance of this cultural complex is highlighted by the monumental sculpture La Gran Puerta de México, a great work by the Mexican artist Sebastián. This sculptural piece, which was inaugurated as part of the celebration of the 181 years of the decree that gives its name to the city, has become the icon that represents the identity and aspirations of our people.
