Omringd door enkele van de beroemdste en mooiste stranden van Europa, is Portimão Marina uitgegroeid tot een Portugese leider, als een favoriete bestemming voor Mega-Yachts tot 50 meter.
Gelegen in de veiligste bar van het land, in de brede monding van de rivier de Arade, strekt het zich uit over een oppervlakte van ongeveer 25 ha, omringd door de forten van Santa Catarina en S. João en voor prachtige ondersteuningsfaciliteiten. De jachthaven heeft diep water waardoor je er in en uit kunt komen, bij elk tij, brede ingang en ruime manoeuvreergebieden, beschut tegen de heersende winden.
Ingevoegd in een luxe condominium met exclusieve strand, hotel, restaurants, winkels, bars en prachtige Oceanic Pool, met uitzicht op de zee, het heeft continu toezicht. Het heeft ook een eigen parkeerplaats buiten en overdekt.
De meest prestigieuze internationale competitie, de Marina de Portimão, is de officiële trainingsbasis voor professionele teams van over de hele wereld.
