Gastronomy
Panama, the country where you can watch the sunrise in the Caribbean Sea and then watch the sunset in the Pacific Ocean, has a wide range of beach restaurants to enjoy the possibilities of having two oceans less than 100km away . The cuisine is obviously focused on seafood, with an accentuated Afro-Caribbean and Caribbean touch, although in recent years fusion styles have increased with the kitchens of other parts of the globe.
