Chalet Stegen is within walking distance from always charming Maria Alm. The detached chalet which you have all to yourself is suitable for a maximum of 15 persons and is divided into three apartments. so there is plenty of privacy.The furnishings are nice and well maintained. the large living room with wonderful Austrian wood stove is nicely decorated and offers direct access to the large private garden. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with all modern equipment. You have a total of 6 bedrooms. 2 living/bedrooms. and three bathrooms. The large terrace and the sunny balconies offer a wonderful view of theHochkönig or one of the many meadows. The idyllic guaranteed snow village of Maria Alm is situated at the foot of the Hochkönig. at an elevation of 800 metres. The Hochkönig ski area with150 km of slopes is part of Ski Amadé. In addition to skiing you can also walk and sled. There is a wide network of Nordic tracks (only 150 metres from the house) which makes Maria Alm an ideal winter sports destination. Maria Alm offers activities in all seasons. The beautiful nature. and many walking paths. mountain bike trails or one of the many beautiful manicured golf courses assure that the village is worth a visit any time of year.
