The house built in 1839 is one of the oldest fully preserved houses of Brixenthals. The House is in the Valley, but spread the impression of a rustic, simple mountain hut. It is located in a small quiet way and yet very central location in the largest contiguous and snow ski area of Europe "Ski World" Kitzbüheler Alpen / Brixental with 91 lifts, 279 km of slopes and 700 km of hiking trails.

This five-bedrooms house has a living room on a second floor with TV, DVD player,radio. The kitchen has a ceramic hub and dishwasher. The kitchen/dinning room on the first floor is equipped in: TV (satellite), hearth (wood), DVD and CD player, dishwasher, fridge freezer. In all the house the central heating is available.

The ski bus is free in all directions. The children practice slope in Hochbrixen on the mountain or in the Valley in West Village with sunny slopes. Good parking facilities directly at the practice area. Free "magic carpet" for the little ones. A large, well-stocked spar-Supermarkt incl. baker can be reached in 5 minutes in addition to the gondolas. Also various après-ski possibilities, good Inns and restaurants. Is walking 10 minutes with butcher, post office, church, etc. Shopping daily from 7:00 until 20:00 at the 3 minutes away savings market with wide upscale range with organic products.
