Casa Verde is a 4-room house on the ground floor with view of the sea and the countryside. It is located in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac.
It offers a living room with satellite-TV and radio. Its kitchen is equipped with ceramic glass hob, freezer, electric coffee machine and combination microwave. There is also a second kitchen.
Gas heating, washing machine, mosquito net. free internet access are provided.
There is a large terrace, 2 small terraces and a patio with terrace furniture, barbecue (portable) and deck chairs.
For private use there is a garden (fenced) with 800 m2, plants and flowers, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and outside shower.
Shop, supermarket are in 350 m, bar 250 m, sandy beach 2.3 km, rocky beach 500 m. Golf course (9 hole) 1 km.
