Bungalow Bay Koala Village is a large, stylish YHA hostel, set in the heart of Magnetic Islands National Park. This hostel is easily accessible from Townsville by a 25 minute ferry ride and is situated in the beautiful Horseshoe Bay, just a short walk from a number of beautiful beaches on the Island. Buses run all day, but for a true Magnetic Island experience, topless cars can be hired through the reception staff.
