Guests at the resort enjoy direct bathrobe access to the extensive Grömitzer Welle sea water spa centre with its views of the Baltic Sea, spacious indoor pool, hot tubs and family bathing area. The sauna area includes a Finnish sauna with Baltic Sea view, a steam room, a clothed/family sauna as well as a heated outdoor pool situated high above the beach promenade. For an additional charge, there is also a cardio and exercise room as well as a cosmetics house offering massages and spa treatments.

A breakfast buffet and daily-changing theme dinner buffets are served in the PIAZZA Sky with its Baltic Sea views. Guests are welcome to relax with long drinks, fine wines and draught beers in the KLUB or Barock bars, which also offer classic bar snacks such as curry sausage, fish & chips, pulled beef burger and beef tatar at lunch-time. There is also a 24-hour mini-market and a cosmetics flagship store in the hotel lobby.
