It is in the protected Südviertel . one of the Germany s most famous villa areas. The nearby town centre has the famous Luther House and Bach House. They are both only a few minutes walk away. The beautiful Thuringian Forest with its extensive network of walking paths is just in front of the Villa. The holiday home is on the ground floor and lower ground floor and is quite large. It is in fact 170 m2. The unique interior embraces various building styles. It is the ultimate combination of traditional features and modern comfort. You will feel like a 19th century nobleman here.Please note:Due to its unique furnishings. the accommodation cannot be rented to people with children under the age of fourteen.
