Nestled within private fruit plantations that include mango, coconut, dragon fruit and passion fruit trees, The Plantation offers accommodation conveniently 5 minutes away from downtown Kampot. There is an in-house restaurant and and a bar. Guests can participate in a French game of Boules or volleyball.

Rooms are housed in two dormitory buildings, one is a Khmer-style house while the other is made entirely out of bamboo. The property has 5 shared bathrooms that include shower facilities.

Guests can approach the staff for tour arrangements and laundry services. The Plantation offers motorbike and bicycle rentals.

The in-house restaurant serves up breakfast items that include toast, omelettes and pancakes at additional charges. Fresh fruit juice and coffee are available upon request.
