Preparation

In a pot place the meats, the onion, the boils and the water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until the meats begin to soften. Add the bananas and continue cooking until the pieces are partially tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the soup a little longer until all the ingredients are tender. Serve in individual servings and drizzle with the onion mince and cilantro on top.
