put the beans in water the night before, drain the water the next day and put new.

boil with all seasonings, adding salt at the end of cooking.

grind the drained beans, add the water where you cooked them. strain. Add the patacones and let them soften.

serve hot.

  • 1/2 lb. red beans or berries
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green banana in patacones
  • salt to taste.
