Preparation

Remove the corn from the corn cobs and grind. Dissolve everything in two glasses of water and strain.
put the milk or cream in the water; boil with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, salt and pepper.

then add the strained corn and boil for 10 minutes in a water bath.

Add the dissolved and strained yolk and butter.

served hot. prepare 10 minutes before eating. it must not be overheated. served with toast.

  • 6 corn cobs
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon. of butter
  • 4 cups of cow's milk or two of cream and 2 of water
  • 1 yolk
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
