Preparation

Make a broth with the beef and add the chalona and the whole and toasted yellow peppers.
At the same time, it is seasoned in a pot with a little water: the ground yellow pepper and the finely chopped onion. Once cooked add oil and let it brown well. To this we add the beef broth and the meat cut into pieces, the chuño previously diluted in water, the shredded shawl, the pumpkin, the chopped carrot, the cabbage cut into medium pieces, the corn in slices, the potatoes cut into squares and beans.
Cook well, until the potatoes are soft, and serve garnished with toasted yellow pepper.
