Preparation

In a frying pan, brown the pearly white onion with the achiote, after browning add the crab meat, add the white sauce and cream, check the salt level and finally add the brandy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of crab meat
  • 1/4 liter of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon white onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon pearl onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup of white sauce
  • 2 ounces brandy
  • 2 tablespoons achiote
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Salt to taste
