Preparation

Put the peeled and chopped potatoes, the onion and peppers into pieces, the clean peeled tomato, a small glass of oil, the saffron, the salt and a sprig of coriander in a pot with water and let it cook.
When the potatoes are cooked, and without removing from the heat, the raw eggs are cracked inside and left for a few minutes until the eggs are done.

  • 1 sprig of coriander
