Preparation

Smash the bananas well with a fork and mix them with the sugar and flour (previously wrapped so that the flour does not become brown), the milk and the slightly beaten egg.
Fry spoonfuls of this batter in very hot oil.
Drain well.
Pass through powdered cinnamon mixed with sugar.
