Preparation

Bananas are cut lengthwise.
Beat the sugar with the egg and flour.
Add the milk and stir well until it is a thick, lump-free batter.
Wrap each half of the banana in the batter.
Fry the halves in hot oil.
Serve while still warm and sprinkled with cinnamon powder

  • 100 grs of flour
  • 50 grs of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 260 grs of ripe peeled bananas
  • 1 dl of milk
  • frying oil q.s.
