Preparation

Bring 5 egg yolks to the heat, together with the cornstarch, the condensed milk and the milk, until creamed. Allow to cool.
Turn on the oven at 180ºC.
Beat the 7 egg whites and add 280g of sugar, beating until meringue. Then, with the help of a spoon, place the egg whites on an oven tray. Take them to the oven for 12 minutes and let them cool.
With the help of a pastry bag or a spoon, add the cream between the whites.
With the rest of the sugar make the caramel and, when it is clear, pour it very carefully and out of the heat 1dl of water, stirring constantly. Mix the 2 egg yolks with the rest of the milk and pour in the caramel, taking it to the fire again, until it becomes in cream. Pour over the egg whites, let cool and refrigerate.
