Preparation

Beat the sugar very well with the egg yolks until they double in volume. Add the toasted coconut, the cold melted butter and half of the beaten egg whites. Wrap without knocking.
Add the ground cookies and the baking powder, the pine nuts and finally the remaining egg whites, wrapping everything well.
Pour the preparation in a well-greased form with butter and sprinkled with flour and take it to the medium oven to bake.
Once cooked, which takes + - 1 hour, but it is good to check, remove and unmold.
Sprinkle with sugar.
