Preparation

Beat the sugar with the margarine and the egg yolks.
Then add the grated coconut.
Beat the egg whites firmly and add to the previous preparation. Finally add the flour and beat very well.
Pour the preparation in a form greased with margarine and flour.
It takes about 30 minutes in the oven.
It can be unmolded hot.
NOTE: the cake is baked when it comes out of the pan (you can still see it in the oven).

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
