Preparation

First make the caramel and spread it all the way (with a chimney). Cut the bananas into thin slices and line the whole shape with them. Beat the sugar very well with the butter until creamy. The egg yolks are added, always beating, and then the milk.
Add the flour mixed with the yeast, beating a little more. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add the egg whites to the mixture, wrapping well with a wooden spoon, without beating.
Bake in the medium oven for about 1 hour. Check.
Once cooked, unmold.
