Preparation

Beat the flour very well with the egg yolks.
Bring a pan to the boil with the water, sugar and butter until it boils.
Remove from heat and add coconut milk. Allow to cool.
Add the flour and egg yolks to the milk mixture, mixing well to bind.
Pour a portion of cream in a round shape well greased with butter and take it to the oven with gratin to bake.
Once it is cooked, add another layer of cream and so on until the cream is finished.
It has 5 layers in total.
Once cooked, remove and unmold.
Serve cut into triangles.

  • 6 dl of coconut milk
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 250 grs of sugar
  • 2.5 dl of water
  • 250 grs of unleavened wheat flour
