Preparation

First the dough:
Beat the sugar very well with the egg.
Water and flour are added, beating with a wire rod until a fine batter is formed.
Pass a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and heat it.
Put a purée ladle and cook on one side and the other.

The filling:
Bring a pan to the heat with a little water, sugar and grated coconut.
Let it boil for about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add the beaten egg yolks to the syrup and bring it back to the heat to thicken, stirring constantly.
After the candy is ready, let it cool down a little.
The pieces are filled and fold like an envelope.
