Original Bircher Muesli


Combine the oats and water and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, add the apple, lemon juice and condensed milk. Serve sprinkled with the nuts.


1 tbsp rolled oats
3 tbsp water
1–2 apples, grated (including skin, core and pips)
½ lemon, juiced
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp nuts (almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts, or a combination), ground
