soak the meat, changing the water from time to time to remove excess salt. season and let it taste. saute with a little oil and add enough hot water for meat get soft. when the water is dry, add more oil and fry the meat. add the onions in slices and sauté some more. remove excess fat and add flour. lightly pass the meat with the flour in the blender. if you like put more onions in slices.
