in a cauldron heat the oil. sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and peppers and fry. Add the lambí, spicy sauce and tomato paste.

add 1/2 cup of water. adjust the salt to taste and leave on very low heat for 6 minutes. Garnish with lemon and serve hot.

  • 2 lb. lambí boiled, clean and diced
  • 2 lemons, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 green peppers cut into strips
  • 1 small onion cut into cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • Salt
