Preparation
soak the sun meat overnight. drain, season with pepper (optional), garlic and let it soak in milk for at least 1 1/2 hours. grease a pan with oil, brush the meat with butter and bake in the oven, basting with milk from time to time.

- 1 liter of milk,

- Oil,
- butter, (suggestion: using the butter from the earth it tastes better)
