Preparation

Place the shrimp and bacon in the food processor and beat, as you add the lemon juice, until you get a homogeneous paste.
heat the plate to the maximum. meanwhile, the dough comes out and joins, mixing with the spoon, the ground pepper and garlic.
grease a smooth surface, spread the paste to about 4 to 5 min. thick and, with the pasta cutter, also greased with oil, cut the discs.
then add the leftover dough, spreading the dough again and proceed as in the previous step.
Then brush the grill with a little oil and cook the pancakes on both sides until lightly browned. remove and serve.

They are consumed by dipping them in fish stock, such as eel soup, or in a very spicy sauce, such as sweet and sour sauce.

  • peanut oil spread
