Preparation

Blend the corn, which should be pomegranate, not tender, with 3/4 cup of water; blend it for a few. Strain and add the other 3 1/2 cups of water, the cinnamon stick of sugar. bring to a boil, stirring constantly so that it does not stick. the fire should be soft. When it boils, add the salt and continue cooking until the corn is cooked, (about 10 minutes). serve hot drizzled with cinnamon powder.
