Preparation

After the shrimp are washed, they boil slightly in water seasoned with salt.
Peel off leaving the heads.
Bring a pan to the heat with the onion cut into slices, the garlic cloves and the lard.
As soon as the onion is translucent, add the tamarino sauce, the mint, peppercorns, chilli, salt and shrimp.
Let it boil for a while.
Serve with white rice.
