carefully cut off the top of the pineapple. as a cover.

With a knife and spoon, extract the heart and pulp of the pineapple or pineapple.

cut the pulp into cubes and mix with the shrimp, onion, celery, peas, potatoes and chili.

make a sauce with the mayonnaise, the cream, the coriander, the lemon juice, the salt, the pepper and the mustard.

join everything and fill the pineapple. place the lid with the plume over the stuffed pineapple.

  • 1 pineapple with its puffed leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup clean, pre-cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • Mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
