It is observed that for each portion 10 prawns are needed. Freeze a bottle of sake, remove it from the refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving, to allow the sake to turn into snow.
combine the cocktail sauce, the juice of 1/2 lemon and the mirin. chill sauce for 1 hour before serving. arrange the prawns with thin slices of lemon around the rim of a long stemmed glass. fill the glass with the cocktail sauce, dip the prawns and serve with the sake ice cream.
