Preparation

In a saucepan, bring the oil with the onion, the chopped garlic cloves and the ginger to the heat. Allow to simmer until the onion is soft.
Add the chopped chilli, turmeric, pepper and salt, sauté a little more.
Then coconut milk is added, stirring constantly.
Put the whole prawns after they are well washed.
Once they are cooked, which takes + - 8 minutes, drizzle with lemon juice.
Serve hot with white rice.

  • 1 kg of large prawns

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 dl of oil
  • 20 grs of fresh ginger.
