Preparation

Sauté whole potatoes with skins. When they soften, peel them and before they cool, cut them into two or three pieces. Top with the melted butter, salt, pepper, and room temperature yogurt. Garnish with parsley or chives.

  • 1 glass of yogurt
  • Minced parsley or chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
