Preparation

put the milk in a saucepan and bring to the fire until hot.

place the biscuit crumbs in a bowl and add the hot milk to them.
aside, semi-beat the eggs with the sugar and salt, add the melted butter and the lemon juice.

add the sponge cake in the milk and mix very well.

peel the bananas, cut them into very thin slices and add them to the preparation.

Pour everything into a greased English pudding mold and bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.

remove, warm and then unmold.
