cook the rice in the water and the cinnamon. When it gets fluffy, add the milk, salt, sugar and raisins. leave it over low heat until it is consumed and is more or less thick, according to taste.

  • 1/2 pound of soft grain rice (second-rate rice or broken rice).
  • 2 1/2 cups of milk. (you can use half natural milk and half evaporated milk)
  • 2 cups of water.
  • 1 slice (stick) of cinnamon, more or less than 4 fingers.
  • sugar to taste. (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
