the rice is washed and cooked with the milk, cinnamon and vanilla, for approximately 20 minutes at low temperature. When it is cooked and soft and with the milk absorbed, add the sugar. stir and then remove from heat; let it cool and add the whipped cream, if you want to add cream. stir well and put in the refrigerator.

for a low-fat version, substitute skimmed milk for the milk and omit the cream.
for 4 people.
