Preparation

Scald the almonds in a pan with boiling water, then remove the skin and crush them by removing 18 whole almonds for decoration.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar.
Add the flour to the almonds and the cinnamon and add the beaten egg whites, mixing carefully so they don't fall.
Grease an oven tray and place spoonfuls of the preparation on it.
Garnish with almond over each almond tree and bake in a medium oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Let cool and serve.

  • 2 c. flour soup
  • q.b. cinnamon powder
