Preparation

First the filling:
In a saucepan, bring the oil and the finely chopped onion to the heat. Allow to sauté a little until the onion browns.
Add the minced meat, the soy sauce, the soy sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything very well.

Mass:
Mix the flour with the eggs and knead very well.
Add sips of water and knead into a dough.
Roll out as thin as possible and cut into squares. A teaspoon of filling is placed in the corner of each square. Roll up over the filling and join the two ends, which are wet with water to glue.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve with the sauce.

The sauce:
Salt and garlic cloves are stepped on the mortar. Add the lemon juice and the soy sauce.
Season with piripiri.
