Preparation

Season the meat with lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, bay leaf and pepper and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a saucepan, place the chopped onions with the oil and lightly brown. As soon as the onions start to soften, add the chopped tomato to the pieces, mix everything well and let it cook for 1 minute.
Then add the meat together with the marinade sauce. Let it cook.
When the meat is almost cooked, add more water (1 or 2 glasses) and then add the cubes of banana, manioc, yams and sweet potatoes. After 2 minutes, add the chopped coriander.
When everything is cooked, lower it to low heat, let it taste.
Remove and serve!
