season the meat with salt, garlic, black sauce and a little sweet orange juice, let it rest a little so that it takes on flavor. Throw it on the grill or charcoal.

fried beans. clean and wash the beans. put them to cook in four liters of water with garlic, ancho cilantro, sweet chili and onion to give them the flavor. when they are soft add the salt to taste. when cooked completely lower them and let them cool. then put some of the beans in a container and mash or liquefy them. finally put them to fry in a little oil.

Corn tortillas. knead a pound of bagged cornmeal with water. When the dough is compact and smooth, make small balls of dough. Stretch them out little by little with your hand, then shape them into a round shape and clap your hands. Put them on the comal, previously heated, and turn them on both sides. repeat these same steps with each of the balls until finished.

to form the plate. Put the meat, beans, the one cut into small pieces, a few slices of avocado, the fried plantain slices and the pickle on a dry plate. Accompany with corn tortilla.
