Preparation
Season the meat very well with garlic, salt and lemon or vinegar.
In a pan, oil and goat meat are placed. Let it cook a little and then add the onion and tomato.
Add the parsley and carrot. Leave it for a few minutes. When there is no sauce, add the spices and beer. Let it cook for an hour and a half.
Add the potatoes and finally the peas, letting it cook until a thick sauce is left.
It is served with white rice.

- 1 kg. of Goat meat
- 4 sliced tomatoes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 diced potatoes
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 can of peas
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 1 can of beer
- Oil
- Garlic
