Preparation
A little tall steaks are cut.
Season with gindungo, salt and chopped garlic cloves.
Put the fats and bay leaf in a frying pan. Let it simmer a little.
Steaks are fried on both sides.
Lemon juice is added. Cover the pan and let it fry a little more.
Serve immediately with French fries or pea rice.

- 500 grs of venison loin
- 4 cloves of garlic
- salt q.s.
- gindungo q.s.
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 100 grs of lard
- 1 lemon
