Preparation

season the chicken with the onion, mashed garlic, pepper and salt. heat the oil, add the chicken and stir until golden.
Add some of the chicken stock and cover, when dry, another tablespoon of the stock and so on until it is completely cooked and golden.
add the tomatoes cut into small pieces and let it form a small sauce.
Serve with rice and beans (beans).
tips
add small amounts of liquid at a time for the chicken to cook, but brown at the same time.
the tomato is optional, it can be left alone with the liquid released by the meat.
