Preparation

After the chicken has been arranged, it is opened in half and seasoned with the crushed garlic with salt, lemon juice and pepper.
Put the chicken in a bowl and sprinkle with coconut milk.
It is left in this seasoning for about 3 hours, turning from time to time. It is grilled over charcoal and brushed with the marinade from time to time.
After the colored chicken, cut into pieces.
Serve it hot.
Serve with a salad and white rice.
