Preparation

Mix the freshly beaten cheese with the finely chopped onion and garlic, salt, pepper and spices. Shake well.
Place the skinless and fat-free chicken breasts in a deep dish and cover them with the prepared sauce. Refrigerate until the next day, covering the dish.
The next day, heat the oven to 180ºC.
Arrange the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and cover them with the mixture in which they marinated.
Bake the pan for about 45 minutes.
When ready, decorate with thin slices of cucumber and lettuce leaves.
